COVID-19 Policy

Venue COVID policy update 4-20-22: as a reminder, Crop has been following our venue's policies regarding COVID. Due to Austin's low risk status, our venue has lifted their requirement of PCR tests for attendees. Masks are optional. Of course, we encourage anyone who is feeling unwell to stay home, rest up, and take care of themselves.

Hey, Crop Family, even though Crop 2022 will look a little different than past events, our goal will always be to provide a safe and welcoming community for creatives. In doing so we need your support and cooperation. By purchasing any Crop ticket, you are agreeing that you understand and will comply with ALL COVID & REFUND Policies. We CANNOT make any exceptions. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@cropcons.com.

COVID Policies

Crop is taking extra precautions this year to make sure attendees will have a safe and awesome experience, but we need your cooperation to ensure its success. Please read through this section carefully before purchasing your ticket(s).

  • As General Admission events will be held at Mohawk, we must follow their venue rules which change according to Austin’s current “COVID stage”. These will be the basis for Workshop events as well.

  • As we would rather err to the side of safety and cannot predict which stage we will be in, ALL attendees, workshop leads, keynotes, vendors, volunteers, and party pass holders are required to show proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken WITHIN 72 hours prior to check-in. NO exceptions. (Reminder: Workshop check-in is 9AM on Friday, April 29; Keynotes check-in is 9AM on Saturday, April 30).

  • Attendees are asked to BYOM (bring your own mask). We cannot know which venue rules will be in effect at the time so plan to have one just in case.

  • If at any time after your negative PCR test you are feeling unwell, please take care of yourself and your fellow attendees by staying at home/lodging and seek appropriate medical attention per your symptoms.

  • Even with enhanced mitigation efforts and an outdoor setting, some degree of risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where humans are present. By attending Crop Conference (including any official or unofficial programming or venues), you voluntarily assume all risks related to public exposure to COVID-19. If you are feeling sick or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, please STAY HOME. Let’s help keep each other safe & healthy.

REFUND Policies

Tickets are non-refundable for any reason; however, they are transferrable until April 26, 2022. We will honor a name change if it comes only from the Crop 2022 ticket purchaser by April 26th, 2022. Requests can be sent to info@cropcons.com with the subject line: "Ticket Transfer".
